We've been very busy since the new Trademark licenses.  With the holiday rush  and increased workload  things have gotten pretty  hectic.  I am behind on webshop orders and  Squadron requests.  

Its time to close the Request line and focus on  completing  existing orders.  I am working through  webshop and command orders as quickly as I can in the order they were placed. Please be patient while I craft your patches and name tags in the finest quality I can make.  

For the present , No new order requests.  This  includes Custom, Squadron buys and Command orders.  The webshop  will  remain open  but I will shut down certain Items by zeroing out stock.  Ill be adding the "Notify Me" service for out of stock items on the web shop. You can use Notify Me to get an email when I resume orders on out of stock items. Ill post here when I resume new  Command order requests.

Email volume  last few months is huge and Im not able to respond to everyone as quickly as I'd like. I'm working on it.  Ill have an FAQ  on the web sites soon and  tailored  emails  for common questions/ requests to speed up response time.. 



 Classic Embossed  Flags:  I'm stocking all three versions of the Stars & Stripes and both versions of the Classic "Don't tread on me" U.S. Flag. Weve sold out all versions of the flag patches, Im making more but they take a bit to complete. Orders on the webshop will be filled as soon as these new batches complete 

 
A Note On Production:
The majority of items on the webshop are custom production and go into work when you place the order. I'll do my best to complete your order as quickly as possible. The Holidays have increased  order time to 12 weeks on web orders.
